MOQ, samples, custom logos and waterproof ratings - the things buyers ask us most.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for waterproof bags?
MOQ depends on the style and the level of customization. Stock styles in stock colors start at low quantities, while custom colors, prints and tooling need larger runs. Send us the product name and your target quantity and we confirm the exact MOQ in the quotation.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples of stock styles are available, and custom-logo or custom-color samples are made to order. Sample fees and lead times are confirmed together with the quotation.
Can you print our logo on the bags?
Yes - logos can be printed or HF-welded on every style in the range. We also offer custom prints and colors, private-label retail packaging, hangtags and barcoding.
What is the difference between IPX6, IPX7 and IPX8 waterproof ratings?
IPX6 protects against powerful water jets - heavy rain, spray and waves. IPX7 protects against immersion in water up to 1 metre for 30 minutes. IPX8 covers continuous immersion beyond IPX7 conditions. Roll-top dry bags are rated IPX6, airtight-zip bags IPX7, and magnetic-seal bags up to IPX8.
What materials are your waterproof bags made from?
Most styles use PVC tarpaulin or TPU - including 600D ripstop-texture and fine-grid TPU - and Hypalon for motorcycle luggage. All seams are HF-welded rather than stitched, so there are no needle holes for water to enter.
How long does production take?
Lead times depend on the style, quantity and customization. Sample and bulk lead times are confirmed in writing in every quotation, before you commit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we manufacture in Xiamen, China and ship worldwide. Freight options and terms are arranged per order.
How do I get a quotation?
